Practice without the practice.

A licensed aesthetic professional

The work you trained for — without the front desk.

A new way for licensed aesthetic professionals to do the part of the work they love — from anywhere, on their own hours.

GlowGuide pays RNs, NPs, PA-Cs, and physicians to review and finalize personalized Skin Strategies for our clients. No front desk. No inventory. No lease.

Thirty minutes per client.

Your input on every strategy.

How it works

Each strategy is about 30 minutes; you do as many as you want. Aesthetic Intelligence™ writes the first draft from a client's intake. You rewrite, finalize, and sign it.

01  Part-time

A few hours, on your terms.

You set your availability. Take a strategy when you can; pass when you can't. No quotas, no shifts, no commute.

02  From anywhere

All you need is your laptop.

Review strategies and check in with clients from your kitchen table, between appointments at your other clinic, or on the road.

03  Paid honestly

Per strategy and per check-in.

A flat rate for each strategy you finalize, plus a rate for quarterly check-ins. No selling, no commission on product, no upselling.

Pilot programs

Help us figure out what this can be.

Practitioners who join now don't just review strategies — they shape what the product becomes. We run a small number of paid pilots each season.

Skin Strategies

Our first product. You finalize personalized strategies drafted by Aesthetic Intelligence™ — naming ingredients, modalities, and cadence — for clients across the country. This is the cohort we're hiring into now.

In-clinic experiences

A small private beta for practitioners with an existing client base looking to expand their service menu. We're saying as little as we can about it publicly; if it sounds like you, mention it in your note.

Who we are looking for

A small, careful first cohort.

We're hiring a few dozen practitioners to start. The bar is high; the work is real; the autonomy is genuine.

Licensed in the U.S.

RN, NP, PA-C, MD, or DO with at least two years in aesthetics or a dermatology-adjacent practice.

Comfortable writing

You can rewrite a draft plan in your own voice — warm, specific, never glossy.

Independent minded

You don't sell brands. You don't push treatments a client doesn't need. You like that we don't either.

Curious about the tools

Aesthetic Intelligence™ writes the first draft. You don't have to love AI — but you should be willing to work alongside it.

A note to practitioners

You're the part of this we can't automate. We'd like to pay you fairly to do exactly that.

The version of beauty care most clients get is shaped by what their nearest clinic happens to sell. We're building the alternative — and it only works if licensed practitioners run the last mile.

If you've ever wanted to give the kind of advice you really believe in — without the upsell, the inventory, or the fifty-minute follow-up — this is that job.

FAQ

Honest
answers.

How is this different from a facialist or dermatologist?

A facialist sells you their services; a dermatologist treats medical conditions. GlowGuide is independent: we recommend the ingredients and modalities that fit you — you choose where to buy and where to book.

What is Aesthetic Intelligence™?

Aesthetic Intelligence™ is our model trained on clinical outcomes and ingredient efficacy, not brand partnerships. It reads your inputs and proposes a strategy a licensed expert then reviews.

Do I have to buy new products?

No. Your strategy names ingredients first. If what is already in your routine fits, we say so — the goal is the right plan, not more shopping.

Is Skin Strategy a subscription?

No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. Expert plans include a quarterly re-review so the plan keeps fitting as your skin changes.

How does the concierge work — and who pays for it?

Expert plans include a vetted local-provider match and direct booking liaison. The fee is part of your plan price — we do not take referral fees from clinics.

What if my skin changes?

Expert plans include a quarterly re-review with a licensed practitioner. You can also re-run the intake any time and update your strategy.
